What payment methods do you accept?
I accept Paypal.
Through Paypal you can send money from your Paypal account, credit or debit card. You may also pay by eCheque through Paypal though this will need to clear before your purchase is sent.
You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay with your card. When you get to the checkout click on the Paypal button. The next screen will give you option of signing into your account or if you wish to pay by card, click on the 'Continue' button on the left just to enter your card and postage details.

Please note that I currently only accept payment in UK Pound Sterling (GBP).
Is it safe to order online?
As all of my payments go through Paypal, you are covered under their strict security procedures which means that your card details are never disclosed to third parties.
Information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available).
Do I need to have a Paypal account to pay?

Where is my order?
All orders are processed within 7 to 10 working days.
Standard Delivery Orders (sent Royal Mail 1st class.)
Please allow 1-3 working days after our processing time for standard delivery purchases to arrive. However, it has been know for 1st class to take over a week to arrive.

I would like to return an item
We do not accept returns unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered.
If the item you received is faulty or incorrect, I am really sorry. Please click here to contact me. If you think items are missing from the kit please check carefully as all kits are checked twice by two different people before dispatch.
Do I have to pay for return postage?
Not if the item is faulty or not what you ordered. You will be told how to return the item when you contact me about the fault or error. All returns must be in their original packing and in an unused condition. If the kit is returned because it is not the kit ordered then it must be returned unopened. If the kit has been opened we cannot make a refund. If the kit is returned because of the colour a replacement can be sent but you will have to pay the postage for the exchange.

Description of Goods
The kits illustrated are available in a variety of colours. Terms like gold, silver and bronze refer to colour only unless otherwise stated and a description of crystal refers to a transparent glass, not a lead crystal or semi-precious material. We cannot give a guarantee for the durability of items that have been dyed. Antique is a description of a something that looks antique.
Kit Colourways
Photographs are for illustrative purposes only. Although we try to maintain bead content as close as possible to the pictured item, the exact contents of the kits may vary due to the availability of components.
Sizes and Measurements, if given, are approximate but we do try to make them as reasonably accurate as possible.
Descriptions of Products
All beads are shown as close to the actual bead colour as possible. Colours may vary from batch to batch. Colours may fade over time if exposed to direct sunlight or water.
Please note that all beads and findings are damaged by perfume and hairspray.
