Delivery & Returns
Please be aware that during busy periods, such as Christmas, orders may take slightly longer to be dispatched and delivered and we recommend that this is taken into consideration to avoid disappointment.
Please note that if your purchase is returned to us by Royal Mail it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for all of the postage costs to have the order re-posted, unless the order is returned by a fault on our part.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail. The times stated below are delivery times only and do not include processing time.
Free standard delivery on orders £25 and over.
Free delivery on European orders £30 and over.
Free delivery on Worldwide orders £35 and over.
Please note that due to weight and logistic restrictions not all items (such as books) can be shipped outside of the UK.
**Important for International Customers!**
Delays in customs can be common. Packages may take an unusually long amount of time to get to international destinations and unfortunately we cannot be responsible for this type of delay.
You may be responsible for import taxes or other customs fees for your package, please contact your country's postal service for information.
Returns and ExchangesWe want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Julia Curtis Beadwork and we accept returns on most items*.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of the dispatch date of your order.
Please email email@example.com to receive information on how to return your purchase(s). We are also happy to exchange your item/s if you need a different colour.
*Please note, we do not accept returns on beading patterns, either digital or printed.
If you have received a faulty or broken item we are very sorry. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
Once you have contacted us, you have a legal "duty of care" to take good care of the goods. You must return the goods at your expense - we highly recommend that returns are sent using a trackable posting method such as Recorded Delivery to ensure that it arrives to us safely.
Returns are usually processed within a week of arrival.
