What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by Paypal, credit or debit card (MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron or Solo). We can also accept payment by cheque (UK only).
Please note that we currently only accept payment in UK Pound Sterling (GBP).
How much does delivery cost?
UK delivery starts at £1.95 with free UK delivery on orders over £25. Delivery outside of the UK starts at £2.25 for Europe and £3.40 for the rest of the world.

What is the returns/exchange policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Julia Curtis Beadwork and we accept returns on most items. Please contact us within 14 days of dispatch of your order.

Is the website secure?
The website is hosted on a secure server and as all of the website payments go through secure payment providers, you are covered under their strict security procedures which means that your card details are never disclosed to third parties, including Julia Curtis Beadwork.
Information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available).
UK Delivery Information
How much is UK delivery?
Standard UK delivery starts at £1.95 with free delivery on orders over £25.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 1-2 working days.
We are a small business and do our best to get all orders posted out within 1-3 working days. This does not include the delivery time.
Orders are posted Monday-Friday. Please be aware we have no control over delivery time, once your order is dispatched.
How much is International delivery?

How long does delivery take?
Delivery to Europe usually takes 5-7 working days and to the Rest of the World takes 10-15 working days. In some cases it may take up to 6 weeks for your order to arrive, though this is very uncommon.
Please Note: Customs delays are becoming increasingly common, which we have no control over. Customers outside of the EU may also be subject to import taxes and customs fees. While we take steps to minimize or eliminate the cost of importing for our customers, we cannot provide inaccurate information to customs officials.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Julia Curtis Beadwork and we accept returns on most items*. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

*Please note, we do not accept returns on beading patterns, either digital or printed.
Once you have contacted us, you have a legal "duty of care" to take good care of the goods. You must return the goods at your expense - we highly recommend that returns are sent using a trackable posting method to ensure that it arrives to us safely.
How long will it take to get my money refunded?
We try to refund you as quickly as possible once we have received your return. Returns are usually processed within a week of arrival.
I want to swap my item for a different colour. Is this possible?
No problem, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we can let you know if we have the colour you want.
If you require a different product you will need to place a new order online and return the original item for a refund.
My item is faulty, what do I do?
We’re really sorry if you received a faulty item or if it was damaged in transit. We try to package items are securely as possible, but sadly accidents do happen. Please email email@example.com and we will get the problem sorted for you as soon as we can.
Please be aware that we will need the faulty item to be returned or photographic evidence sent to us before we can process a refund or replacement.
Do I have to pay for return postage?
If you are returning an item to us then the returns cost is your responsibility, unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered in which case we will cover the costs.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you send the item/s using a trackable postage method. We will explain this when you contact us about a return.
